Sales TaxAppropriate Sales Tax will be charged based on and subject to California's sales tax. Such amount will be applied and computed to your order when it is totalled by our shopping cart system.Backorders and out of stock merchandiseBackordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In the event that your order can not be filled within 7 days we will put it on backorder status and notify you of the approximate delivery date via e-mail. Damaged ShipmentsFor your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. Scarlett-faisean.com makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail our customer service department and they will explain our return policy.Product CareScarlett Faisean recommends all dresses to be handled by professional dry-clean ONLY and/or customer should follow product care instruction printed on the label of each dress.
