Shipping and Handling

All standard shipping and handling charges within the United States are determined by merchandise quantity. All orders shipped in U.S. are shipped via FedEx Ground, except for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and/or unless otherwise requested. Our order processing time usually takes an average of 1-3 weeks but fluctuates depending on the season. The majority of our orders are processed promptly.

Sales Tax

Appropriate Sales Tax will be charged based on and subject to California's sales tax. Such amount will be applied and computed to your order when it is totalled by our shopping cart system.

Backorders and out of stock merchandise

Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In the event that your order can not be filled within 7 days we will put it on backorder status and notify you of the approximate delivery date via e-mail. If you do not respond to our e-mail notification, we will consider your order to be valid and we will notify you upon our shipment of the backorder items via e-mail.

Return Policy

Scarlett Faisean takes high pride in our reputation for the quality of our merchandise and our excellent customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
  1. To return a merchandise, you must notify our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Item must be post-marked and shipped to Scarlett Faisean within 7 days of receipt with a Return Authorization Number ("RAN").
  3. Please write your RAN on both the outside of the box and on a copy of the invoice. Returns will not be accepted without a RAN on the outside of the box. All exchanges being returned are based on the item being returned in original condition.
  4. To request a RAN, please fill out our contact form with your request.
  5. If the item is post-marked past the 7 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back.
  6. All items being returned must be in original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer's expense.
  7. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that has any deodorant stains, odors, and/or is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. For the safety and protection purpose of our employees, Scarlett Faisean will not handle any merchandise garments that are not in original condition. Such garment/merchandise shall be returned to you as a non-returnable and non-refundable item.
  8. Upon inspection and approval, we will process your exchange and/or refund request promptly.
  9. There is no restocking charge to first-time exchange of the same merchandise.
  10. A restocking fee of $20.00 will be charged to your credit card on file for second and each additional exchange of the same merchandise.
  11. All refund shall be processed by issuing credit back to the same credit card on file.
  12. NOTICE: All Super Sale items are final sale and not refundable nor exchangeable. Therefore, it cannot be returned. Please send returns to:

  13. Return Box Hint: Your local post office (within the US only) provides free boxes for Priority Mail. Also, you can reuse the container in which you received your order, as long as any old postage or address labels are covered or crossed out.
  14. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  15. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier.
  16. Scarlett Faisean is not responsible for any return lost and/or damaged by courier.


Damaged Shipments

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. Scarlett-faisean.com makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail our customer service department and they will explain our return policy.

Product Care

Scarlett Faisean recommends all dresses to be handled by professional dry-clean ONLY and/or customer should follow product care instruction printed on the label of each dress. Scarlett Faisean is not responsible for any loss to the dress damaged and/or caused by customer.
